This Cancellation & Refund Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the ability to cancel and claim refunds when You use the Service and tells You about refund rights.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Cancellation & Refunds Policy:
The prices of the Electricity Charging and the Electricity Recharges are set by TC EV and are subject to change at any time without notice, in particular to take account of the reality of the market.
The prices displayed on the Site at the time of the order are the only valid prices.
The prices mentioned on the site are expressed inclusive of all taxes and only in euros. Payment is made only in Thai Baht.
Any transaction made from the Site will be done via a secure SSL server. Authorization servers will be consulted after the User has provided his card number, the validity date and the code on the back of the bank card. The data will then be verified to prevent abuse and fraud.
The servers are then in encrypted mode and all the information conveyed will be protected and encrypted (SSL protocol). Nothing passes in clear on the web. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that SSL encryption is active whenever confidential information is requested.
The information communicated during banking transactions carried out from the Site will not be stored on TC EV servers and it cannot read or consult them when they are entered or when they are transferred.
The Electricity Charging is only payable online on the Site when ordering by credit card.
A summary email of the order worth receipt of payment is sent after final validation to the User.
As soon as the User accepts the total amount of his order and makes the payment, the bank account linked to the bank card used is immediately debited, and the order is recorded for execution.
After final validation of the order, no cancellation, modification and / or refund will be accepted. Any unused Electricity Charging is not exchangeable, refundable or transferable.
You have the right to cancel an order if no Electricity is being transferred from the Terminal to the EV.
If no Electricity has been transferred during a Electricity Charging session, You have the right to a full refund. You can contact our customer service and report an issue for the terminal.
A refund will be processed back to the card used in the payment transaction.
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
We may update Our Cancellation & Refunds Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Cancellation & Refunds Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy.
You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
